We ask for read access to your CRM and a small set of call recordings — typically three to five, and always with team consent. The two weeks are spent reading through deal histories, seller notes, and activity patterns. You receive a written brief at the end, not a slide deck, identifying two or three specific areas where an AI assist would likely save time or surface useful information.
How long does the Seller's Notebook Setup take before my team can use it?
The supervised pilot runs for four weeks. During the first week we configure the assistant and connect it to your CRM. Weeks two through four are the live pilot with three sellers from your team.
